( Montréal, Canada)–The collective of support for Kabylian political prisoners urges anyone sensitive to human rights abuses in Kabylia by the Algerian dictatorship to attend the departure rally of the FREEDOM WALKERS from Montréal to Ottawa in order to raise awareness of the international community about the injustice in which many innocent Kabylians are victims, and request their immediate release.

This solidarity action in North America echoes the march in Europe that began on September 2, 2024, from Brest (France). The walkers are scheduled to arrive on September 27 to Geneva where a letter will be submitted to the UN office.
