New York, July 10th, 2025
To:
Mr. Donald Trump
President of the United States of America
Mr. President,
Through the voice of the Kabylian-American, given the values of its people, confirms that it is part of the free world.
We, American citizens of Kabylian origin, do not know, Mr. President, whether you will read the content of this letter or not, but we are convinced that a member of your close entourage will eventually hear about it.
The most important thing for us is to tell you what the Kabylian community thinks of you, which has chosen to share with you the country of freedom and democracy, but also to expose you to some elements of appreciation of the conflict between our country Kabylia and Algeria.
It is perhaps not in the protocol practices that American nationals address the President of the United States and, moreover, evoke certain features of his personality, because this mission is often carried out by journalists or specialized biographers.
Mr. President,
You perpetuate the lineage of great American builders.
You are, Mr. President, a “great revolutionary”, not in the ideological sense of the term, but in the behavior of a politician, aware of your abilities to change the world and to promote for humanity a type of unprecedented relationship that, in the long run, will lead to a new world order.
You are the new American Pharaoh of modern times determined to give back to our country its golden age.
By your decision to restore America to its glory , you perpetuate the lineage of the great American founders who made the New World the world’s leading power.
This national global success of the American people is the product of a combination of values based on individual freedom and shared collective democracy.
American pride has become a kind of moral law that all Americans consolidate every day with exemplary individual behavior inspired by the famous quote of John F. Kennedy “Don’t ask yourself what your country can do for you, ask yourself what you can do for your country”.
It is therefore a romance story of all its citizens for their nation, which has made the United States a respected superpower in the world and rises the admiration of other people by calling life in the US a “American Dream”.
For some foreigners, this dream is only a myth without a real impact on a daily basis, however, for us Americans from Kabylia, this dream is a reality, and we consider ourselves privileged to enjoy the happiness it offers to us.
Your bold ideas, Mr. President, defy conventional geopolitical uses even if some Heads of State consider them surreal, even provocative without having first consulted their respective peoples. The case of a large part of the Canadian population, in the province of Alberta, are in favor of your ideas, is the best proof.
Mr. President,
You and the Heads of States of democratic countries have the duty and responsibility to prevent the forces of evil from acquiring the weapon of mass destruction.
Regarding world headlines, your actions in the Middle East and Iran must be supported by all the countries of the free world, because it is time to end the actions of dictators who implement fearsome policies in the world, and thus liberate the peoples they oppress.
Wanting the destruction of the State of Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, is only a desire to engage in a process of rebirth of Nazism, and the secret objective is to attack, in the more or less near future, democratic states in the world.
The American intervention in Iran is an operation of prevention and protection of oppressed peoples and all humanity, aimed at making the program of acquiring the weapon of mass destruction harmless.
Allowing religious politicians, especially fanatical, to be in possession of the nuclear bomb is a major risk that the international community must not allow no matter the reason uttered.
The regime of the Mullahs is able to promise Paradise to all to give themselves the pleasure of pulverizing our planet by voluntarily causing the apocalypse that will spare no life on this earth.
This warlike country that threatens peace in the world is a danger that must be definitively put in check, because it continues to extend its tentacles by exporting its “know-how of death” to other countries, such as Algeria.
It is therefore necessary, as a matter of urgency, to disable this Iranian power that sows chaos all over the world and which is a permanent source of destabilization of countries, thanks to the strategic ties it has forged with many governments, such as of Algiers.
Mr. President,
The Tehran-Algiers axis, an infernal anti-Semitic duo.
If, in Iran, the Iranian-Jewish population relatively enjoys its fundamental rights, it is different for the Algerian-Jewish community which, to escape persecution and its eradication, lives in total discretion. It has no choice but to adopt Muslim public behavior within Algerian society and to practice its religion in private or in family intimacy. Today, Jews in Algeria cannot wear a religious sign on the street that distinguishes them from others or that identifies their confession.
The Algerian-Jewish population is aware that with the exception of the Kabylian people, Algerians cultivate a hateful and racist aversion towards them. To guarantee peace to their families, the Jews of Algeria prefer to live in clandestine mode than to suffer abuses or put themselves in danger.
The official Algeria accepts no religion other than Islam and arranges, by fallacious laws, to close all Catholic or evangelist churches and promotes massive construction of mosques, particularly in Kabylia, which is considered secular.
Its relentlessness to fight any other religious practice, other than Islam, leads to imprisonment of any citizen who publicly displays a different confession.
The case of Slimane Bouhafs, a Christian, and Kabylian citizen, is horrendous. He sought refuge in Tunisia, however, he was kidnapped by the Algerian secret services and repatriated to Algeria, tortured and then put in prison for 3 years.
The Algerian justice, at the orders of the military hierarchy, condemned this peaceful citizen because of “his double crime” , which is of being both Kabylian and Christian, and later stripped him, arbitrarily and illegally, of his civic and social rights.
Mr. President,
The official Algerian lie lasted too long, The Kabylians are not Algerians
If, in the world there are hotbeds of active anti-Semitism, Kabylia also is the victim of a cruel anti-Kabylianism from the Algerian military regime, and unfortunately, hatred and racism find strong and encouraging echoes within Algerian civil society. In the mind of most Algerians, the Kabylians are Jews — describing them in this way, Algerians think they are relegating our people to a humiliating and insulting lower rank: second-class citizens.
If Algerian-Jews are easier to be diluted in the overall mass of the Algerian population, this is not the case for the Kabylian people, given the number of inhabitants that are estimated at 8 millions in Kabylia, and 4 millions in the diaspora.
The Kabylians constitute a People, within the meaning of international law and have values, which are fundamentally opposed to the values of Algerians. For centuries, they have been fighting all the invaders of our Kabylian country who have tried to assimilate them, to alter their identity, their culture, their customs and language.
They strongly oppose the policy of alienation of their cultural values by various colonizers who invaded Kabylia.
Unlike the official propaganda of the Algerian brutal regime, the Kabylians share no common point with the rest of the Algerians. History has been falsified by teaching, for example, that the Kabylian heroine Fadma N’soumeur fought France to liberate the colonized Algeria in 1830. The truth is that this woman warrior fought France so that Kabylia wouldn’t be colonized, until it was defeated in 1857.
The Kabylia’s military defeat against France was not recognized by any Kabylian dignitary of the time, and no act of surrender was signed, making the annexation of Kabylia to Algeria historically illegal.
It is time for France to return the archives related to the History of Kabylia so that it can recover its rights, thus allowing it to legitimize and justify its current claims to recover its independence
We insist that Kabylians are not Algerians and it is the current Algerian government that gives us the indisputable proof.
The current dictatorial regime has officially ratified a program entitled “zero Kabylian” promoted during a seminar held in Mostaganem (city in Western Algeria), in 2019.The ultimate goal of this plan is the abolition of the Kabylian citizen by making him fade from administrative services, economic agencies and security agencies, and find reasons and ways to carry out his physical elimination.
You agree, Mr. President, that a strong State cannot conceive a genocidal plan against part of its population, except if it considers the latter different from all the rest of the Algerian people, which highlights the thesis that Kabylians are not Algerians.
It is important to point out that even the Islamist terrorist hordes, infiltrated by the Algerian intelligence services, and who set the country on fire and blood for a decade, did not have this “honor” of “zero Islamist”.
The ultimate outrage is that some terrorist leaders who have confessed their crimes — publicly and proudly on television — have been rehabilitated and raised to the rank of national personalities, and awarded generous gratification.
Mr. President,
The terrorist nature of the Algerian regime is confirmed.
Algerian state terrorism does not date from today and Kabylia has already suffered it during the war of liberation against France, since many Kabylian military leaders were murdered by Algerian leaders.
The Kabylian political leaders who survived the war against France, the independent Algeria murdered or exiled them.
From the independence of Algeria, Kabylia fought the Algerian dictatorship that usurped power. Nonetheless, this revolt came up at the cost of 496 Kabylians who lost their lives for freedom.
The Algerian power is the progenitor of terrorism, and it has long deceived international public opinion by claiming as the undisputed expert in the fight against terrorism.
It has manipulated various foreign services and international media to hide its terrorist acts and violence perpetrated in Algeria and in Europe as well.
In addition to his proven contacts with terrorist organizations known in the world, such as Hamas or Polisario, it openly practices judicial, administrative, economic and political terrorism against Kabylia.
Its terrorism against Kabylia, as part of the “zero Kabylian plan”, culminated with the arson in Kabylia land and forests, deliberately lit by Algerian intelligence services in 2021. About 500 people were burned, approximately 250 died. Adding to that, the horrible murder of a young Algerian in a police vehicle in front of the premises of the Algerian national security department.
All this staging of violence was implemented to accuse the movement for the self-determination of Kabylia, and classify it as a terrorist organization.
This coup failed miserably, as did the kidnapping operations of an independent Algerian journalist in Spain and an influencer in France. As a reminder, Mr. President, the Spanish justice, described this case as a terrorist act and French justice as well. In both cases, evidence of the involvement of the Algerian intelligence services was established.
Europe has finally realized that Algeria is laundering to finance terrorism.
Mr. President
Kabylia is a credible partner, and useful for the finalization of the project of geopolitical reconfiguration in the Middle East and North Africa.
As soon as former President George W Bush announced the project of the geopolitical reconfiguration in the Middle East and North Africa, Kabylia welcomed this idea with enthusiasm and interest. It believes that the borders inherited from decolonization cannot remain eternally frozen, because they have been traced randomly, associating fundamentally different peoples on the same territory, making cohabitation impossible or making it a permanent source of conflict.
Kabylia, as far as it is concerned, is active to give a real meaning to this reconfiguration and, it is for this purpose that it is preparing to unilaterally proclaim its independence as the United States of America did on July 4, 1776.
We count, Mr. President, on your help to put the Kabylian state on the world map, by being the first Head of State to recognize the Federal Republic of Kabylia.
By this act, you definitively seal the friendship between the American people and the Kabylian people.
Our intimate wish is to give the great arteries of the Kabylian cities your name, and our history textbooks will evoke for eternity the name of Donald Trump as the friend of the Kabylian people.
May God protect America and Kabylia!
