As part of the progressive preparation of Kabylian  institutions and their modern communication tools by the Kabylian Government in exile (Anavad), the Ministry of Education and Training has the honor and pleasure to announce the launch of its official website in its preliminary version.

This portal is an essential step in the process of structuring the Kabylian state in its future . It is intended to be a space of transparency, information and open dialogue with Kabylian citizens, where everyone can learn about the work carried out by Anavad, in particular in the field of education and training — a fundamental pillar of the Federal Republic of Kabylia under construction.

This site is available in three languages, namely Kabylian, English and French, to reflect Kabylia’s openness to the modern and democratic world and its motivation to start its development in all areas. In its future developments, and according to demand and needs, other languages will be integrated to further expand its influence. For a better viewing experience, we recommend using a computer rather than a phone.

Although this work can still be improved, it represents an essential starting point: every great achievement begins with a first step. The important insight is to move forward, learn, correct, adjust over time and continuously improve our models and achievements. Education being the foundation of any emancipated people, this website exposes the main axes of the ministry’s educational vision:

– An education system inspired by the most successful educational models in the world, adapted to the specific realities and needs of the Kabylian society.

– Different school levels and main axes of their programs, designed to offer balanced training, combined cultural roots, scientific and technological openness.

– School and university infrastructures to be implemented in Kabylia after its independence, in order to guarantee modernity as well as equitable and universal access to education and training.

– Promoting the Kabylian  language as a language of teaching and knowledge, in parallel with the mastered learning of international languages.

Beyond information, this website embodies a vision and ambition: to build a free, educated and prosperous Kabylia, in which each child will have the opportunity to develop its  full potential, and where collective intelligence, open-mindedness and socialization will be put at the service of innovation, creativity and progress. The Ministry of Education and Training will continue  improving this website in order to gradually integrate new content, interactive tools and exchange spaces.

In doing so, it aims to cover all topics related to education, knowledge acquisition, scientific research and modern technologies, in line with the constructive strategy that Anavad is deploying to prepare the Federal Republic of Kabylia.

Through this website, we affirm once again that education is the key to freedom, peace, success, prosperity and to guarantee a dignified and sovereign future for the Kabylian people.
