(Paris)–According to Hicham Aboud, an Algerian journalist who is exiled in France, the current Chief of Staff of the Algerian National People’s Army (ANP) and Deputy Minister of Defense, M. Said Chengriha instructed and ordered the Algerian military hierarchy to not promote or hire Kabylians to sensitive or higher positions, and those who  already held a highly ranked positions in the Algerian army must be pushed to retirement or put in jails.

In his YouTube video, which was published on 4^th January 2025 M. Aboud underscored that this undermining campaign against Kabylians military members, serving in the Algeria’s army is a part of a plan called “Zero Kabyle Project”, aiming to subdue and subjugate Kabylians.
