The leader of the transition government of Mali, the colonel Maïga Abdoulaye, accusing Algeria of promoting terrorism is the Sahel region. In his statement, as a retaliation to the destructive destabilization maneuvers of Algiers, he is threatening Algeria’s military regime that Mali could invite and welcome the leaders of Kabylia Self-determination Movement, known as MAK to the highest level of governance in Mali. For your information, the MAK is a peaceful movement, seeking independence from Algeria, through a referendum, its provisional President and Government are located in France.
